What we do
Since 2008, Nur Energie has focused on developing projects with concentrating solar thermal power (CSP) and photovoltaic (PV) technology in four core markets - Greece, Italy, France and Tunisia. The PV activities are centred around Italy and France while the CSP activities are centred around Greece and Tunisia. The purpose and mission of Nur Energie is the development of solar projects in the most promising locations around the Mediterranean.
Nur Energie has a growing number of projects which it expects to achieve construction-ready status in the coming 24-months. In the Mediterranean region, these projects are at different stages of development, and comprise of 75MW of projects in Greece and a long-term project of 2000MW in Tunisia for electricity export through a merchant HVDC cable into Europe.
